分两种情况。
(一)在职研究生入学前一定要面试的情况：
如果大家选择每年10月份期间报考12月硕士研究生全国统考来考在职研究生，那么，在入学前，报考人员同样的，必须在统考之后，再参加院校复试并通过。
自在职研究生相关政策调整后，这一类在职研究生的入学，是与全日制研究生一样的，以这一方式进行在职研究生招生的招生院校，都会在报考的次年3、4月份组织复试，其中复试就是包括面试的。
所以，报考了各招生院校非全日制硕士研究生招生的人员，参加了12月统考后，还必须参加院校复试，通过面试，最终被录取的人员，才能成功获取入学资格，进校就读。
(二)在职研究生入学前不需要面试的情况：
选择先入学后考试的同等学力申硕在职研究生，以这一方式进行报名到获取入学资格，没有入学考试，没有院校复试，是不需要进行面试的。
一般是满足院校研修班招生要求，提交申请、院校审核通过即可。入学就读，而课程学习结束后，满足申硕的就读人员，便可参见国家统一的申硕考试，申硕考试也只有笔试，考试内容分为外语和学科综合，通过考试后，再完成论文答辩，同样能够获取硕士学位证书的。
所以，以同等学力申硕方式考在职研究生，只要满足了招生院校的报名要求，院校审核通过，就能直接进校参加相关课程学习，一般是不需要面试的。
