一年级可以用那种小的英语本每天用拼音写一句话的日记，我当时老师就是这样要求的，可以让家长帮这写上汉字，如果孩子识字比较多，可以自己写汉字.写什么都行，最好是有趣的、生活中观察到的.主要可以培养孩子的观察能力、造句能力，还能练拼音.
二年级可以每天用几句话写简短的日记，不要求多，可以配上图，为了培养写作的兴趣.

2. 孩子从几年级开始学作文比较合适

二年级就有作文（写作）了。写作与阅读量非常有关系。二年级大部分是看图写作，根据中的各个信息和自己的合理想象，在加上在之前的阅读中积累的好词好句，应该能编出一篇不错的文章。三年级是个过渡期，看图作文还是有一小部分，但是逐渐过渡到命题作文和想象作文了。命题作文是要看孩子在生活中的积累，同时还要有真情实感，抓住人物的动作、神态和心理来描写。想象作文还分为续写、根据文题想象和扩写。根据文题想象只需大胆想，当然不要过于不合理，加上好词好句和明确的主体思想，一般能拿高分。续写是根据它给你的一段开头，继续写下去，也要发挥想象力，有好词好句和积极向上的主题思想。扩写就是根据给你的材料（就是文章的主要内容），编写故事，要求同上。但是作文还有很重要的一点：一定要有积极向上的中心思想，不然写得再好。也得不到高分！

从课堂教学到课外活动。教学的多数内容严重脱离社会生活实际。
大多数学生只会从书本到书本，而对多姿多彩的人生和纷繁复杂的世界缺乏应有的体验，这就是难怪学生的作文空洞无物，无病**，狭小的天地限制了学生的思想。2、应试作文思想影响。
现行的考试制度在很大程度上扼杀了学生的创造精神。考试作文怎么出，教师就怎么指导，只要能上学校就行。
于是，小学瞄初中，初中瞄高中，高中瞄高考，路子越走越窄。为了适应考试要求，为了确保作文“基本分”，大多数学生的作文四平八稳，思想内容大同小异，基本格局千篇一律，形成了地道的新八股。
3、教师的素质不高。一些语文教师的素质偏低，他们缺乏系统的教育理论，动辄不自觉地违背教育规律，其中不少人自己从来不写文章，或写不好文章，却给学生规定了不少的条条框框，甚至不按他们的路子走，就被认为不是好文章，不少教师不是顺应青少年的心理，放手让学生愉快地自由发挥，而是用各种模式去束缚学生。
这样的情况下，不少学生在作文训练之初就失去了兴趣，倒了胃口，对作文的畏惧心理也由此而生记叙文的要素记叙文是以记叙，描写为主要表达方式 ，以记人、叙事、写景状物为主要内容的文章，包括散文、小说、人物传记、寓言、童话、消息、通讯、游记等。记叙文按内容大致可分为：写人为主的记叙文、记事为主的记叙文、记物抒情的记叙文、写景抒情的记叙文。
记叙文的六要素记叙文的六要素指时间、地点、人物、事件的起因、经过、结果。掌握记叙文的要素，有助于分析文章的结构，理清事情发生、发展的脉络，继而准确把握文章的主旨。
但是，六要素并非所有的记叙文都必须具有，有些文章里，某些要素不交代也不影响内容的表达。记叙文的顺序及作用记叙文的顺序一般有顺叙、倒叙和插叙三种。
（ 1 ） 顺叙按事情发生、发展的时间先后顺序来写。作用：叙事有头有尾，条理清晰，读起来脉络清楚、印象深刻。
（2）倒叙先写结果，然后按照时间先后来写事情发生发展的经过。作用：造成悬念，吸引读者，使文章有波澜，增强文章的生动性。
（3）插叙叙事时中断叙述，插入相关的另一件事。作用：对情节起补充衬托作用，使情节更曲折，内容更充实。
记叙的要素包括时间、地点、人物、事情的起因、经过和结果。叙事时，要交代清楚什么时间、什么地点、什么人物、什么事情以及事情发生的前因后果。
这六要素，只有在不妨碍别人看明白的情况下，才可以省略其中的一两个。 学生在叙事时，一般都能写清时间、地点、人物、事情的起因和结果，却往往把事情的过程叙述得非常简单、空泛，不能给人留下什么印象。
为解决这一难点，我就强化训练学生写好事情的发展过程，力求在短期内，达到一定的效果。 由于年龄、时代的差异，学生在家里会与家长发生矛盾冲突，在学校会与老师、同学发生矛盾冲突，即使自己，也会在思想上产生矛盾冲突。
经过双方的共同努力或自己的觉悟，矛盾冲突最终会得以妥善解决的。我要求学生写作文尽量写好事物发展过程中的矛盾冲突，并且力争写出出人意料之外，又合乎情理之中的结局，使文章曲折动人，富有吸引力。
其实记叙文教学也是有规可循的，现就我在教学中的点滴谈谈我的看法。 首先指导学生观察生活。
第一，要抓住人物的特征。人物的外貌、性格、感情各不相同。
只有抓住观察对象的与众不同之处，才能写出人物的个性，才能避免“千人一面”的弊端。第二，观察要细致。
所谓细致，不是说在观察人物时不分主次，而是要发现观察对象与别人不同的细微之处。不同性格的人，说话、做事时的表现是不同的。
人物的一个动作，一丝微笑，往往带有性格化的特征。所以，观察必须细致入微。
观察得越细致、越深入，印象就越清晰，理解就更深刻，描述就更具体、更生动形象。第三，比较观察。
有比较才有鉴别。比较的目的是求异。
在观察时，要抓住老师在各种情形下所表现出来的不同特征，即生气时、高兴时、严肃时……言谈举止和精神状态的不同点。这样，才能使人物形象跃然纸上。
四个星期后，每个学生都按要求写了观察笔记。写作之前，我再次强调，描写必须突出人物特征，不要求面面俱到。
在我的指导下，大多数学生的作文，对老师的描写颇为生动逼真。 其次指导学生力求写实。
指导学生写作，我还要求学生写自己熟悉的人和事。因为熟悉的人和事，都是自己了解透彻、认识深刻、感受深切的，写作时就能准确地把握住写作对象的个性特征，就能写得真实自然，生动形象，具有感人的力量。
日常生活中，学生接触最多的是父母、老师和同学。因此，学生对他们的外貌、性格、爱好、思想品质等了如指掌，描写时自然容易抓住人物的特点。
在教学中我是这样做的：第一，写人物说了什么，做了什么。 描写人物大体是从外貌、语言、动作和心理入手。
但是在一篇写人为主的记叙文中，这四个方面并非要全写，有时外貌和心理可以不写，当然，要根据具体情况而决定。然而人物说的话、做的事必须要写，而且还要写得具体、真切。
否则，就难以表现人物的思想品质或精神风貌。 第二，写人物。

一般作文共有8分，共有以下几个方面：
1）作文有题目的话就不用再写，如果没有，就要写，不然会扣一分。
2）尽量避免语法错误和单词拼错，这样基本上1个1分。
3）注意事态。一般一篇作文通用一种时态，如果用错事态的话也会扣分。
*4）这个要注意，如果作文有给你提示的话，一定要写全，不然就属于内容漏缺，这样的话作文一下子就会扣掉4.5分。
5）字数。如果有规定字数，一定要写满，不然少5个就是1分。
